I m 8m old mam i have insufficient milk supply now a days wat can i do how can i increase my milk supply my baby night time wake up daily but i have insufficient milk baby will not stoping crying at this time plz solution

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening I forgot that you should try to have Himalaya shatavari with milk twice in a day this will need to make sure that you have sufficient milk specially during the night times so that the child does not cry
