I m 7.5 month pregnant,and I m have shot and sgpt.the gastroenterology doctor suggest me to avoid oily things.should I take ghee in this..or not.

A. Hello mam you can take that in small amounts would be fine enough should not be an issue .. as for liver ghee is good enough and should not cause any much issue if taken in smaller amounts mindfully
