ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yee tiyvcan fast once a week but do no t starve ok. ret try to eat well a balance diet too to best. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

You should avoid doing it. Because babies overall growth and weight gain depends on mother’s diet. So you have to maintain a proper diet in which include all the nutrition and proteins. So you should not keep fast till you are pregnant try to avoid all such things for babies better growth
