I'm 5 nd half mnth pregnency I have suffered from constipation starting of pregnancy can I take isabgol in this tym?

Sushma PalvadiMom of a 6 yr 7 m old girl2 years agoA. hello Mom it's better to avoid any medication as a self medication during the pregnancy for the constipation issue you can take more water during the night time that will help to pass the motion in the morning so 3 o'clock in the morning if you are able to take 300 ml of water that will be enough for you too the motion in the morning and have a constipation free day
