I'm 34 weeks pregnant my blood sugar test after 1 hour breakfast was 162 does it mean I have gestational diabetes?

A. You should talk to your gynaecologist and also get a fasting blood sugar level checked and then share the reports yo guide you better cut fine your sugar abd refined foods intake and drink eight glasses of water in a day
