Q.
I'm 32wks pregnant. now a days I feel very hard in my abdomen sometime.after messaging it become soft bt in morning time and some another time it happen.what can I do.fetal movement is ok after messaging.

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello dear try to have lots of water or fluids and have diet which is light and easy to digest do little walk daily but as u r pregnant u should explain ur every discomfort to ur gynecologist moreover if it happens daily don't ignore it
