I m 29 week twin pregnant women. iron Khana acha nhi lgta. beetroot khati hu ki hb Thik rhe. HB increase k ly Kya Kya khau.

A. hello. you should focus on eating iron rich food like peanut- jaggery ladoo. Broccoli, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy finger food. Nuts are also a great source of iron,.
