I'm 28 years old suffering from cervical spondylosis..I need to look after my child;but it becomes difficult for me to do that..can you give me any suggestions to reduce the intensity of the pain caused due to cervical spondylosis...

A. in this query it is very difficult to comment here without knowing the proper history and without clinical exvaluation. proper treatment suggestionsc would be given in certain cases only after proper clinical examination so it will be better if you visit your doctor for proper treatment
