I'm 14 weeks pregnant and suffering from cramps in my stomach. and feels gassy almost all the time. is this cramps normal? 3rd month scan reports were normal.

Where exactly are the cramps located on the tummy?
It could be Braxton Hicks contractions or it could also be gastric acidity
