Q.
i just delivered baby on 20th sept with cesarean. my breastmilk supply is very low..my baby is tired enough to suck the milk and ultimately i depend on nan excellapro 1..can any breastpump help me for milk supply..or should i wait..please help me

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician2 years agoA. baby is new born To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

It is a misconception that if you use breast pump Dharmil feeding is going to increase it does not work like that but yet with C-section Women sometimes they can produce milk after a week to 10 days of delivery and that’s completely normal to keep trying to feed your child and have a good amount of liquid in between
