#asktheexperts hii sir.I delivered a babygirl 2 months ago,on dec.and still not having enough breastmilk supply,plz suggest somrthing

A. hello you can take lactare tablet or galact granules which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help if not then give bay infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
