I hv a 45days old baby girl..my breast milk is not sufficient to her.. how can I increase it.. is their any diet food plan.. or particular items that increase breast milk supply

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. I would recommend you to try to have fenugreek leaves garlic Himalaya shatavari twice a day along with milk all these things will help to improve the milk production try to have maximum quantity of milk and milk products
