i have twins of 3.5 years, boy & girl. which is best toothpaste i should use , can I use floride one ?

A. yes use a fluoridated kids age appropriate toothpaste. Colgate kids, cheerio ir kidodent are good. use a pea size of the tooth paste and brush your child's teeth till around 6 years of age
