I have twins. my babies are 7 month born. they are passing yellow urine and green color stool. is it a matter of concern??

A. regarding green stool it's normal.. but yellow urine indicate lack of breast milk or formula mikk.. feed them in proper amount at set time intervals.. if urine is snelly, consult ur doctor
