Q.

I have twins babies and they are 6 months old know I'm introducing solid food since from a week,,,can give them 3 times meal,,,because they were not taking formula milk

A. Hello mom yes sure you can do that , infact always remember that you start one thing and one meal at a time and gradually increase thr variety and number of meals
