#asktheexpert after a week my baby turned to 6 so how I can introduce solid to him...mi mean how many time I have to give meal in a day and how much and what I can give.....do and don'ts I have to keep in mind while introducing

after completion of 6 mths begin home food soft form
begin 2 times in a day then 3 times in a day
start with few tsp then half katori every time
