take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a lactating mother

Its Not easy to feed it went so you should go ahead with giving formula feeding also to the child if you’re feeling too much of a weakness after six months you can start with complimentary food I’m feeling as well that is also going to help you quite a lot as of now if you feel tired have multivitamin calcium and iron supplement for six months at least
