I have twin babies my babies not putting weight what to do

A. Check with your doctor maybe there is some nutritional deficiency or both of your kids or not eating properly and that is why the weight gain is not happening so it’s better to have a full physical assessment of both the case and accordingly whatever the need is a doctor would advise you according to that only
