I have twin babies and both of them have cold n cough. can I use monocef. o.50 antibiotic

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr old girl4 years agoA. yes can be used but. Child specialist should see the baby . May be it is some underline problem that baby having the symptoms . Some routine test can be done precaution basis of required . No self treatment should be given to baby .
