I have started to give cerlac to my baby is 7 months old please help me to know at what time I should feed my baby cerlac and after how many hours I should feed him milk and some knowledge about ajwain water . please let me know .

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can give cerelac in the afternoon or dinner time around 7 pm and maintain a time gap of at least one to two hours and also give home cooked foods like ragi porridge rice porridge suji Upma kheer and fruit purees
