I have question about my baby health to eat good food

A. dear mum, at the age of 2+ years, child should be given all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

A. hi as a child is of 2+ years old ,you should give Healthy diet which is prepared at home for whole family. so ,you can serve green veggies, fresh fruits,nuts , different pulses and beans , dairy products etc in your child diet.
