give five meals this includes two healthy snacks
give more than One Katori every time
the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg
vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits
dairy products like curd paneer
nuts
control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

as a child is of 2+ years old ,you should give Healthy diet which is prepared at home for whole family.
so ,you can serve green veggies, fresh fruits,nuts , different pulses and beans , dairy products etc in your child diet.
