I have put on some 14kgs , delivery date was 3rd sept and it was a c sec delivery. Can I begin my workout now and how should be diet controlled so that it doesn’t affect lactation

A. Dear mum, since it has been more than 4 months of your c section, you can gradually begin to exercise. Begin with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga and later on you can do strenuous exercises. Eat mindfully and avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
