if possible..start having apple cider vinegar empty stomach.
take your dinner before 7 pm
say no to dairy products and sugar.
that's it.. within 1-2 month ..u will be alright.. but u would have to continue these healthy practices

Don’t go multivitamins randomly you should get a deficiency test done for yourself because if you’re having this kind of an issue issue then maybe you’re having some issue associated with your breath it could be mild sinus or asthma so better to get it checked with your doctor and also you should get a deficiency test done one time and I would recommend you to do intermittent fasting that will help you in reducing down better weight and inches also
