Q.
I have painful nipple. There is no crack as such on the nipple Iam using Nipcare and doing hot water steam with cloth. Any other suggestions please help.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, allow your baby to latch properly, give comfortable feeding position.. Rinse the breast after each feeding with water to reduce the risk of infection.
Use Nipple shields to protect sore nipples during feeding

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. as you said you don't have cracks and using cream also but no relief then do consult with your doctor regarding this once as he will guide you better after proper examination and analyzing and suggest you accordingly.
meanwhile wear loose clothes avoid tight inner wear and while sleeping avoid wearing inner wear
