I have pain in my nipples while I breastfeed my infant

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Apply warm compress on breast and manually express the milk gently and take good rest and if extreme pain then take paracetamol and make sure the bahyis well attached to the breast while feeding

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello there this is very normal in the the new mother but you can still take a hand towel dip it in the hot water and then squeeze it and put it on your nipples when it get warm do it 3 to 4 times and then you can gently press your nipples it will help to open the pores you can also give massage with the warm oil in the circular motion on your breast
