I have one and half year baby boy he has 100.8 fever. is it normal?? and sounding in nose little bit. has he cold??

A. Give calpol drops to the child fir fever and repeat the dose after every four to five hours interval and give more liquids like soups and apply Vicks baby rub give steam abd out nasoclear nasal drops
