i have noticed tiny blood specks in poop diaper in my 5th month old baby diaper. is it normal? what are the possible reasons for it?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 weeks agoA. There is a blood in the motion of your child that means your child is probably having some kind of a stomach infection please consult your doctor for further treatment and medication and course of antibiotics to be given to the child
