I have my periods twice in a month. I feel tried. I have a kid she is 19months old still breast feeding.This is the first time two periods in a month. My weight also increased this month around 4kg. Why this happened?What is the reason?

A. Hello mom Sometimes it happens because of hormonal changes in body after delivery. So you should not worry about it at all. If it happens next month again there in such case you should definitely consult with gynaecologist about it. Because doctor can advise you will after examining you. You should maintain a proper diet because you are a lactating mother otherwise you will feel so weak
