Nandita BaranwalMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hi, First of all, please have satavar stick or satavari powder in milk early in the morning empty stomach. Buy from Amazon. Have it for 12-14 days only. I personally had this and breastfed my son for 3.5 years. Also you can try Pumping regular using Philips avent manual breast pump once you resume your breastmilk supply. Pumping regular 2-4 times in a day in regular intervals increase your breastmilk supply too. #ParentYourWay
