I have left side left breast pain and under arm pain from one month

need to know more, n need examination, dp it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

Do hot fomenting on the breast and under arm area where you feel the pain.
Do it 2-3 times in a day for two days .
If no improvement then consult your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation .
