I have heard that babies are even given iron drops. When should my baby start taking iron drops and for how long?? My 6 month old baby is taking only Vit D3 drops currently.

A. Hello , your baby boy is 6 months old and if he is having iron deficiency anemia then only you should give him iron drops and vitamin d3 drops give it upto 12 months
