i have good healthy weight but still I have got lot of fat on my hips and thighs..My muscles have weakened ..what should I do?

A. Dear ma’am, are you getting enough sleep? How is your stress levels? What physical activity you are involved in currently? Is your thyroid, Vitamin D levels normal? How much water do you drink?

A. Hello Doc...yes I am taking enought sleep..I go for Morning walk daily but not doing any exercise as I have got diagnosed with umblical hernia in month of April which has to operated soon.. My thyroid is normal but vitaminD I haven't got checked...I was going through depression firstly post partum then for personal reason which took toll on my physical nd mental health..My weight is around 53 nd my height is 5 feet

A. Dr after I had my son who 3.7 old now I was suffering form post partum depression..I got more into depression nd sleepless nite for a year due to discord in my personal life..It took toll on my health as of now mentally fine but physically I have weakened..I have got umblical hernia also so m not doing any physical exercise but doing half nd hour walk every day..I take 7 hour sleep my thyroid is normal got it checked recently.. Vitamin D I didn't got checked..

A. good morning yoga is the best way to go about it I would recommend you try to do Surya namaskar everyday in the morning apart from that there are other exercises available specifically to reduce targeted fat
