#AskTheExpert i have put on too much of weight after 2 kids..(around 15 to 17 kgs)...more of fat is on hips and thighs..my pelvic area is looking very outer.. also i am suffering from saggy breasts...plz guide me to keep my body in shape.

A. hi please start exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery. till that Walk walk and walk. don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more. increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. for breast sagging: do some exercises for this like push up. massage your breasts with coconut oil. wear well fit inner wear. maintain good posture.
