walking pattern change after one month of normal delivery and pain in back. hips and pelvic area during sitting, walking

A. What is the discomfort that you are facing that you are having issues with walking and all because usually normal delivery he is very fast and all these pains are usually not seen so check with your doctor if you need to start doing keagle exercises maybe that will help
