I am a mother of two and what ever I eat I am not gaining weight at all I am getting weakened day by day can anybody suggest me good amd healthy food which helps me to gain healthy weight

A. Hello dear parent! Increase the protein intake. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle
