I have given 7.5 ml paracetamol to my son and its been 1.5 hours but still fever is not going down? What could be the reason for this

A. 7.5 ML is extremely high that is given to a child who eight years old or nine years old also just check how old the medicine is that you have given to the child because if it is used after one month of opening then the effect has reduces so I think it would be good to do cold and check with your doctor and get a fresh bottle of medicine go for Crocin. DS
