baby fever 100 degree give paracetamol 5 ml doctor suggested.... give to baby vomiting for syrup what the reason

A. please continue paracetamol 3 times a day for 2 to 3 days. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
