Q.

I have gained weight specially tummy so need tips as cannot work out due to office and hectic schedule.Plz tell me what can be added in routine to regain shape

A. cut on ghee n sweet.See in such cases the child needs specialist care always. So try to follow with the same doctor and do not get anxious with s variety of opinion. Focus on treatment ok.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.

A. Se With a workout you’ll definitely get good results I agree or working but can you go for a morning walk early in the morning try that and try intermittent fasting if you do not want to do anything since you do not have time then you go ahead with intermittent fasting for 12 to 16 hours
