I have extreme pain and stone like heaviness in left side of my breast. The nipple is severely paining bcz of which I am unable to unable to pump or feed my child directly through it. Milk is not completely removed from thr bcz of which pain is increasing. What should I do? Can I take any pin killer?

A. probably you are having a sore nipple that reason for such a pain you can apply nipcare ointment to the nipple as well take paracetamol Dolo 650 for relief of pain put hot compress feed the baby with nipple shield
