I have egg growth 10mm in 10th day after my period..is it normal r any risk for my pregnancy?

for ovalution size of follicle should be around 18 -20 mm
next steps, continue follicular study on day 16 and 18 and check for egg growth.
if there is no increase in size you can take medicines as per your doctor's suggestions , next cycle for egg growth
