i have done diagnostic laproscopy and hysteroscopy on June 30..after that I got my periods once.now i didnt get my periods for 40 days and negative pregnancy test.this is my second cycle after surgery..is this because of laproscopy

A. no ni. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
