I have developed severe pain in my left butt.. I delivered 2 years back and after a year I developed the pain. I can't sometimes lift my left leg, it pains so much. I can't stretch my left butt as well. is this sciatica nerve pain? any help or remedies pls. I don't want to visit hospital during this covid.
