i have delverd a baby girl 2 months ago mam my vagainal stiches open now vagainal area look open what can I do pls suggest a good solution

See after your vaginal delivery is mandatory that you should be doing Keagle exercises for at least a month or two and that too at least two times minimum in the day that actually helps me in tightening of your vaginal muscles also if you are facing the problem yet then you have to check with the gynaecologist
