Hello mom prefer a healthy and a balanced diet preferably consisting of all major food groups to start with whole grains and cereals, millets , different variety of dals, also legumes like chana, rajma etc . Milk, panner, tofu, ghee, curds, also milk shakes made with fresh fruits can be given , stuff paraantha too, dry fruits , nuts , seasonal fruits and vegetables as well ,

please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi butter paneer ghee milk etc
please include green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts
please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
