Q.

I have c-section delivery...n my tummy area is too much ...as like pregnant how it can be remove pls suggest....n when I conceive again right now my baby is completed 3yr...but in which 3yr I have one miscarriage...so pls suggest how much time after i 'l conceive

A. well belly g fat cat nes due to too much if the ouly intake and thars a part of our postpartum diet. relax a d try to cit in the ectra calories
