I have breast milk during first 1 month but after my milk was decreased why it causes?

Shikha kumarMom of 2 children4 years agoA. lack of proper appetite hydration as well as the stress can lead to this problem so it is always addressed to a feeding mother to stay hydrated eat healthy at regular interval and stress-free you should start adding Jeera in your daily diet you can also make a mix of jaggery and 0 certainly and have it regularly with hot glass of milk which will give you a good supply
