RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Have Fenugreek capsules two times in a day for a month or so apart from that I would advise you to go ahead with a good amount of fibre rich diet liquid diet like as much as liquid she can have fibre rich diet and protein
