Q.
I have breast engorgement frequently. I have 4 times milk in a day and one time milk with rusk and I am adding garlic to my Lunch. what should be diet plan for sufficient milk supply to my baby without breast engorgement.

Hello ma’am If you have enough insufficient milk then you can even express your breast feed to feed your child later with the help of a bottle otherwise if you want to you can keep doing hot compress regularly 4 to 5 times in a day as that also helps in softening of the breast and helps in easy flow of milk
