I have been using a nipple shield because of my cracked nipple daily for the past 20days...is it okay? if I try to feed my baby without it....it cause me pain...what should I do?

Consult your doctor for a personal diagnosis and guidance. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and follow your doctor’s advice
