Q.

I have been giving 120 ml fm to my 4 months baby and now he is bearing 5 months, shall I increase the feed to 150 ml?

A. Yes if your baby feel hungry after 120 ml you can give hime 150 ml

A. Hello You can try to make 150 ml once. See if baby can finish that much Try not to overfeed the child Only with trial & error you will understand how much baby requires
